- Kyle's Cakes has been in business since 1986. I currently supply two of Sudbury's finest restaurants with desserts and also teach baking classes. Wedding cakes are my chance to be creative and work with couples in achieving their vision for an amazing reception. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America '74, with a degree in cooking and baking.
