this gorgeous wedding cake is decorated with dozens of handmade gumpaste roses. the reception was held in a cavern, so I really wanted the cake to stand out. the top tier was a red velvet cake and the rest of the tiers were a fresh lemon butter cake filled with raspberry preserves
